Byrons Grotto, Portovenere - Fine Art Photography - Giclée Print on Hahnemühle German Etching Paper
Original photograph by Angela Larotonda
Named after the British poet Lord Byron who loved to spend time in this area of Liguria called the Gulf of Poets, Byron’s Grotto is a breathtaking natural cave of scenic visual effect. Portovenere, the town hosting the cave, is a picturesque medieval village and a UNESCO World Heritage Site together with neighbouring town Lerici.
